The result from internic:

I dont know the owner before but it seems they forgot to pay and now it´s registered by another.

The domain is parked - this usually happens when the registration expires and has not been renewed.

There is usually a grace period where the domain is locked (parked) in order for the original owner to renew.

The registrars usually provide a links page for that domain for a while until either it’s renewed or someone else grabs the name.

I waited almost 5 years for my domain name to become available and only stumbled upon its availibility by accident.

If anyone knows the guys from the ETPub team they should email them to renew it or lose it.
