Well,
First I hated it. I mean, without ETpro my garand or k43 was a real force to be reckoned with. Out of the 8-10 bullet clip…id get easilt 12-15 shots or more by fast clicking. Once I killed 3 n00bs in a row with Garand bullets alone before I had to reload (they didnt dodge much).

Secondly, WTF? When I play as covert I like the time span from which I can take a uniform, sometimes up to 5 seconds after the body has disappeared. Didnt see anything wrong with that…

But NOW, I see why ETpro is better.

I was playing as a Covert with an FG-42. Usually my stats (non-etpro) would run like this…give or take.

Point is, ETpro makes the headshot box correlate very closely to what we see. Making headshots (especially with mp40,thom/Sten/FG-42) very easy to do!

Wish someone would make a mod that put the first two features back in though

You could never get more than 8/10 (garand/k43) bullets out of those guns… Clicking fast lets you get those 8/10 bulelts out faster, but you could never produce imaginary bullets…

sometimes in the original ET 2 bullets will fire at the same time…

but this has nothing to do with ETPro, and i have my doubts as if it actually does twice the damage or not.

same thing with the uniform.

maybe these were things that were removed from et by the etpro mod… i would hope it is, because both of them are cheap and prevent the game from being played the way it was meant to be played.

Well, speaking of rate of fire, it seems that I can’t fire my akimbos nearly as fast as in ET Pro as I could in shrub. I’m still clicking just of fast, but the rate of fire seems very slow and steady no matter what I do. Is this the case or am did I lose my touch overnight?

my akimbo fire has pretty much stayed the same in all the mods I play, also I’ve still stolen uni’s off bodies which disappeared in the floor on etpro but you have to start stealing it be4 it fully goes under the floor so if you press F when the bodie starts going down you will still steal the uni once its fulyl disappeared

etpro fixes a bug that allowed you to fire your akimbos as fast as an MG42(!) If you were actually capable of clicking the mouse that fast, you’ll notice a slowdown, but there isn’t much of a slowdown otherwise (and the ability to fire the akimbos that quickly wasn’t intended.)

OK, that makes sense then. I know I couldn’t fire as fast as an MG42 :eek2: but I could definitely fire them faster than a Thompson/MP40 and I noticed a difference immediately when I started playing on ET Pro.

yea, but if it’s not you doing the clicking, you could probably pull that off.
