anyone know how to install etpro on a server properly?

…useless…

:banghead:

:edit: its basically the fs_game etpro bit I cant figure… if thats gonna help any potential helpers out there!

You could try Bani’s website, this page in particular, but basically you just add +set fs_game etpro to the command line that runs the server.

mm hmmm, we’re forgetting I’m a bit of a fool when it comes to this sorta stuff aren’t we?
I tried bani’s site, and it basically says exactly what u just said, but I dunno where to find the command line that runs da server, innit?

where would one find such a line of commands?

(assuming windows)

Make a shortcut to ET.exe

Now look at its properties (right click > properties)

In the “Target” box, it’ll say something like “C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\ET.exe” depending on where ET is installed.

You can add command line arguements to the end of this, eg:

“C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\ET.exe” +set fs_game etpro

as well as various others.

I tried that before but, working blind as far as knowledge goes, I messed it up
I put it like this:

"C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\ET.exe +set fs_game etpro "

doofus!

cheers for the help dudes!
