Does anyone have ETPRO version which is compatible with ET 3.00 ? I keep getting errors when I try to create server for it? I am using local server for it right now but plan to get from one of the GSP provider soon.
But it doesn’t work out good with local server.
According to the splatterladder, none exist xD
Isn’t there a note about mod compatibility in 3.00 docs ?
ETPro only works (hardcoded) with 2.60B AFAIK
And since the sources are closed, the only possible way is to hack the ETPro files (.so or .dll) and disable the version check (most likely something like a md5 checksum)

I see. I am not that good with that stuff. I just wanted protection against getstatus for my local server. I guess, I have no option other then going with GSP providers.

Yes, and we can notice no use of ‘facade feature’.
getstatus protection is possible with iptables.

In this thread also a script to a protect is linked, using tcpdump, iptables and standard gnu tools.
As Micha stated, we ran our ETPro server on ET3.00, I still have the server files if you have any issues and require them.
I had asked for the help from daredevil and he just give me the server for free. It was generous of him. I set it up using Micha LUA for myself and my friends. Thank you.
