Are you guys using browser plugin which allows to open game content in browser?

Will there be … um … WebGL based rendering instead of OpenGL? ( Pst: it’s syntax and pipeline is identical to OpenGL 1.x - OpenGL 2.x core syntax ):smiley:

Hopefully they can make it so servers can’t run those darn awful UI mods.

We’re using a crossbrowser-crossplatform browser plugin platform where you can put your own content in as you like.
It’s still in OpenGL, in fact it’s using the (modified)ET engine

We will restrict modding at first and implement LUA for server admins to mess around with the gameplay. We’re still debating how we’re going to support client mods(eg. new weapons), but that’s something for later versions.
