I know about that bug in ET:XreaL …
EDIT: Am not sure is that engine or mod problem (because I test that in ETMAIN) …
Could someone please tell me where to download the ET-Xreal source and compiling instructions on all platforms? thank you

Update your ETMAIN GLSL folder located in xreal.pk3 (or what ever you call it) with new files from SVN GLSL files, located in ETMAIN folder there …

BSP format is still required. I don’t know how deeply tied the rendering algorithm is to BSP, but the game also uses it for collision detection. So I don’t see that going away any time soon =)

I get an Unhandled Exception when i host or play a Server with latest build

Predefenitions for dedicated server are broken (all is broken there …)
you can host game in regular (ETXreaL.exe) and choose HOST GAME from menu. Others can connect in local server (its working - I tested it) …
Have you updated your ETMAIN folder with new files .dll files (cgame_mp_x86.dll, qagame_mp_x86.dll and ui_mp_x86.dll)?
