ET wav files / sounds request

Anyone know where i can get wav files from ET and the vanilla RTCW??

im looking stuff like ‘incoming’ ’ heh heh’ etc so i can use them for MSN alerts and the like!

Go to RTCWfiles.com and download the z_DetsET.pk3 file. It is a soundpack for ET of the old sounds, which includes all the old voice chats and such.

Just take the pk3 file, rename it as z_DetsET.zip, then extract the files from it with winzip or something.

Nice one Majin - i’ll do it after work since my PC here has no sound
(gave up the ghost after an extended Unreal LAN game during overtime, aint told the boss yet!)

You can find the original sounds (rather than detpaks soundpack linked above) in pak0.pk3 (for ET and RTCW) and in mp_pakX.pk3 (for RTCW only)

You can open .pk3 files with any zip program (winzip, winrar etc)
