I was tooling around in spectator mode when I happened to snag just about the coolest damn screenshot ever; which I immediatley had to turn into a wallpaper.

It’s not bad, but I wish there was a little more to it then just plain smoke :\ I can’t find a good ET wallpaper that is really good, they are all too dark.

hey howd u get al lteh text to disappear? did u edit it out or take it out in et in teh settings? I can make the timer disapear and the littel compass, but htats all…

very nice, only a shame about the obj-carrier sign.

ps. if anyone has a screenshot script to toggle the hud stuff while it takes a screeny it’d be appreciated. did one for rtcw but it doesnt quite work in et.

afaik, you can only toggle draw2D in etpro 3.1.0 and later

Ummm, to get rid of the sign, maybe if you took it out of the pk3… obviously replacing it after your done.

Man, that is one sweet, sweet moment :>. Love it. And I agree - the objective carrier symbol needs to be there. It makes it more cartoony - more ‘ETish’ :D.

yo i got the /cg_draw2d 0 to work for sum servers but not for others, i think its jsut the serversettings ( it says its cheat protected) so i tehre a way to seperate the ervers from whioch 1s have thsi cheat protected, casue i haev trtyied liek 20 servesr i na row with it being cheat protected o nall fo them, i am getting anoid!

As has been said… ETPro 3.1.0 and later allows you to use the command /cg_draw2d 0.

BTW I’m definitely using that as my background…

ETPro 3.1.0 does allow draw2D 0 in game as well, but afaik, you can turn it off on any demo you’ve made
