there are trickjumps and there are trickjumps that can be used for exploits. Most trickjumps are harmless, but there were cases where they were considered exploiting a map bug (the FuelDump rear-wall jump, later corrected in a game patch), or were at least highly controversial (the stack planting outside the oasis guns).
So I don’t really have anything against trickjumps per se, they only become problematic when they give one team a decisive advantage when beeing used (such as beeing able to plant dynamite at an unintended and unreachable place)
I think if we could all agree on that we would have a lot less fighting in here
