et servers with no bots

is there any site with server list for et? i’m using xfire but there are only bots, bots, bots
i found et.splatterladder.eu but i need sl.gamelauncher and can’t find it to download.

please help it’s been years since I was calling for medic!

No, I mean the majority of ETpro players that think they are better then everybody else because they are ‘pro’.

I don’t think anybody actually plays the game ‘The way it was designed’ the original game didn’t even have Pushing.

Ah, just two days before two guys complained because they were not able to hit heads on ETPub… Two years ago I tried them, and have I found? Full medics teams, rambos, /kill while 10 HPs; Is this ET? I guess nowadays it’s different, I hope at least…

If you want to find servers with no bots go to track base or SL click on the servers that show lots of players on the list should show you the pings of the players 0 ping=bot :D. On a side note I agree ETPRO is the closest thing to pure ET.

And even, in the main server list page, all the red +xx numbers shows the amount of bots currently playing, with in white the real players. No red numbers, no bots. SL has a bot filter no?

Edit:
Yes, SplatterLadder can filter bots in Properties part.

http://et.splatterladder.eu/?mod=serverlist -> Properties -> Bots on server (set it to “not shown”).
Then only server not containing any bots where displayed.

ETpro is the best mod,with ETTV and GamesTV and Crossfire.

Question: will etpro somehow forbid you, as an admin, to put your pack on the server ? Or do you just talk in general, that you will find hardly a etpro server with customizations like this, because server admins somehow do not put such packs on the server.

Genert, youre a little wrong with your "no admins, no pk3" statement. Im running an 40Map etpro server since years… with adminmod (after the semiadmin within etpro), soundpaks, and a lot of modifications (for example crazy engeneer , panzerwar (also possible within etpro), a YAWN query tool aso.) : http://et.splatterladder.eu/?mod=serverinfo&idx=658158

My biggest problem with ET atm is that it seems more common than ever before, to insult other players. Especially on “pro” servers with “pro” players. The nastier, the better.

And they keep this behaviour while coming on other mods servers. If they don’t find other mods nice, why they forced themselves to play them… Non sense.

Well, we are a bit going offtopic, or saying ETPro is dat best or “pro” players are the real noobs", I don’t think this kind of discussion will lead anywhere. Thanks for the your honesty guys :slight_smile:
