1.We recently got our own server and I think I remember reading somewhere that a ref can kill\carry a vote by voting yes or no.
And is it possiblt for a ref to make other players on the servers referees, without going thru the vote process? or giving them the password.
Can ref’s be kicked If a vote goes against them?

I’m not sure about your first two questions. If you put shrub on you can creat low level admin who can kick and all that without full access to the server.
I don’t think a ref a can be kicked. I couldn’t be kick off the SFX server by my own clan members.

Refs can’t be vote kicked. If the server enables it, people can vote for a ref from the players connected and if it passes he gets all the ref commands and abilities. Refs can still have complaints filed against them and can still get auto-kicked for too many complaints.
Dunno about the voting stuff, since I usually use rcon and not ref.
