ET will not save my profile at all. Ive created about 50 profiles from new installs and every time the profile disappears. Its annoying me really bad, why is it doing this!?

Are you using a third-party program to start and connect to a server (ET Starter, etc)?
Some will reset your GUID and/or profile everytime unless you de-select that option on the main menu.

Do you have write access to the folder where ET is installed? (Which file system do you use on that drive?)
Are you running ET as administrator?

I restarted my computer and it saved my profile when I tried it again. I think it was stuck on read only for some odd reason.
