If the enemy /kills he’s not in my face anymore and he’s not preventing me from doing what I’m doing, which is a good thing. OK so we have established that this game is about killing people and about completing objectives.
But most importantly, this game and any game should be about having fun. There is no fun in shooting at someone but not kill him because he decides he’d rather kill himself than get killed. I have already played a pub game where all enemies (it was a clan bunching up together) would /kill everytime. I can tell you, it was no fun at all. Should have got it on demo and I think you would have to agree this is not the way the game should be played. In a clanmatch I wouldn’t mind that much because competition is about winning, pubs are about fun. But then again, competition without fun is pretty pointless too.
You can say that it doesn’t bother you when someone does it (maybe they haven’t done it enough so you’re not bothered yet), but it bothers me and a lot of other people too. This should be fixed, not for XP’s sake, not for fairness sake, but just to keep this game enjoyable.
