ET for me freezes for around 5 sec every now and then, and it started with ET Pro 3.0.0. and also in 3.0.1
Anyone else have this problem? and have you solved it?

I’m not sure what you mean exactly, but it seems you are talking about the antiwarp system introduced with ETpro 3.X, this system keeps lagging players from warping around. I suggest you check your ping when this is happening.
everything below 300ms is just fine, if antilag is enabled.
Otherwise i suggest you join a server which gives you a better ping. example 50ms
