ET Not Installing

I’m trying to reinstall Enemy Territory on my computer but when I choose the Install option it shows a brief pop-up then does nothing. This is the same game that I used before and works so it isn’t a problem with the game. The pop-up is for demo shield and nothing came of it. My computer has all the right equipment and more then enough memory.
I’m wondering if anyone had this sort of problem before and knows how to fix it. Thanks.

What was your reason for reinstallin in the first place, was there a problem?

Try uninstalling the current version, then installing again,

Or try re-downloading ET with new patches also.

I uninstalled it but wanted it back again, but there wasn’t any problems the first time.

Thing is I don’t have a current version right now.

I’ll try this.
