first of all I want to say sorry for my english which is not very good. I want to ask about using ET logo on promotion materials like banners or rollup’s. Do we need any aproval of our promotion materials from SD?

The Wolfenstein IP is now owned by ZeniMax Media, the parent company of id Software. Generally, personal use should be okay, while commercial use (like selling them) is a big no-no. If you want to be absolutely sure that you won’t get in trouble, contact them.

It would be better idea to ask before from them if you can promote Wolfenstein:Enemy Territory™ publicly otherwise you probably will have some legal issues, if you get money from it.
