Hi all
Installation of the window-installer RC4 is 0K, but when I run the etl.exe, get error “not a valid win32 application”.
Is it because I run Windows XP ?

Same after re-download.
I install it in a separate folder of others ET installations.
At the first install, it has donwloaded a Microsoft Redistributable C++ 2013 component, maybe is it this component who don’t like my Pentium4 and / or windows XP and /or 32bits ???

Have you read the second line? Future releases will be compatible, if Microsoft is OK with it. I think with the current compilers it is the case, otherwise the link I gave about Redist 2013 would not list XP.

I know the Windows guy uses VS 2013 which doesn’t support XP (2012 had a hackish package for this purpose), so I have doubt about XP support :confused:

VS 2013 is still able to compile Win XP compatible bins and AFAIK future ET:L releases will be compatible with Win XP.
