Not sure if others see this…

When I hit escape during map load, my mouse freezes in the upper left coner of the screen. The keyboard still works, but none of the menu items have hotkeys so I can’t get out. I hit escape to bring up the exit prompt, but can’t click on yes or no. Alt-F4 and Crtl-Alt-Delete are disabled so i have to reset my computer to get out.

Please add hotkeys to all of the menu options and the exit prompt.

Another issue:

When teams are unbalanced, it would be nice if the respawn time was reduced for the shorthanded team to help prevent being rolled back to our spawn.

Nice idea, but how can you tell when the “teams are unbalanced”? One experienced player can equal many n00bs :slight_smile:

Some of the most fun games I’ve ever played (RtCW & ET) are when a highly skilled small team on one side is outnumbered by hordes of newbies on the other :wink:

OK, spawnraping can get old, but IMO only newbies scream “teams!” when they see 6 players on one side, 5 on the other. Just play the game, the teams will balance out before too long.

Yep…and when it goes the OTHER way you get some of the lamest games ever. Ugg. Still can’t belive the guy a few days back. The Axis has 99% of the newbies and was outgunned 8 to 6 to boot. One of the Allied players after the game complained that we were no challenge…then said he refused to switch because he liked winning.

That could be a good idea. Maybe it could factor in XP as well, so that a team of newbies could equal just a few really good players.

Interesting (isn’t there an “XP shuffle” vote?)

Of course XP != skill necessarily…
