One players asked me where is problem; it wrote this error
Couldn’t load an official pak file; verify your installation and make sure it has been updated to latest version.
He has 2.60 version…

Usually this means a server admin named some custom pack pakN.pk3

He tried cempletly reinstall Wolf:ET(with deleting rest files) and it still not worked. So he reinstaled Windows and it it works now correctly. And on server where problem started up aren’t any other pak<n>.pk3… there are only official packs… pak0.pk3, pak1.pk3, pak2.pk3.

mp_bin.pk3 is also an official pak file.
