I thought our et community is really having trouble getting the 2.60b patch to work…
unzip et.exe and replace the existing copy
simple right? well, not simple enough, i have people having trouble getting that crap in the right position almost every week… so I wanted to contribute and help these kids / men to get it easy and clean.
I repacked a clean copy of ET into a complete installer after i fully patched it with the right patches, i also used pbsetup.exe to get a clean copy of punkbuster.
Ok, since this one is causing people some trouble. Here’s a link to the full re-pack of 2.60b… I did that myself… you don’t need to reinstall or anything… it works for a clean install, and it works for a re-install …

You can install it and use any file system comparison tool to make sure all the files are clean and unchanged.
I hope one of the developers will get a chance to check it out and spread it around. I only did this to help ET.
