End game results giving false kills and deaths

Ok apologies to anyone if this has been posted before - but I am finding this on a lot of servers - if not all.

as you can see DC T and Zucov have massive kill + death counts and Zukov was inactive/idle for entire game - as XP shows.

now this is annoying since its taking medals away from people who have made most frags :’(

Does look to me like there’s something wrong here… I haven’t been paying a lot of attention to these numbers, rankings and medals things. Anyone know what “Time” means, BTW?

yepp, have seen this, too.

There are already a few thread with this topic, if the developers could put up a list of ‘known bugs’… that would be really great

People who fail to load before warmup is over have their stats carried over from the previous round.

I think thats it

I had one round where it said i got 501 kills :stuck_out_tongue:

And people actually believed it was true.

I think ‘Time’ is supposed to be how long in minutes you were playing this round, so people know if you have low minutes that’s why you have low XP

Like the rest of the stats though, more often than not it’s utterly wrong. (“1524 minutes”…? yeah right) Looks like SD put the stats page in at the last minute and didn’t have time to test it.

I have seen odd kill/death stats but didnt care enough to figure it out. Same as time stat … never could figure that one out, unless its broken/bug, which I didnt consider.

Yeah much like normal Quake 3 games - its the number of minutes you’ve been in the server for - well current game

Well then, from the screenshot above since Wibbeltastic has a “Time” of 3067 these numbers are clearly broken. So I’ll just carry on ignoring them

I’m not sure what the time is…but it’s higher the later you joined the round, not lower. It could be the time you joined as a count of the seconds since the round began.
