jk, but honestly if you don’t feel like it is worth it then just don’t spend money. Not getting money is the biggest indicator that things need to change. As long as they are cutting a profit then they may think that nothing is wrong with their system.

If you think they deserve it, you’ll spend no matter what you get for your money. But it seems to me you think SD is obliged to give you many things for your money, even if “they deserve it”.

They are a business, not a charity.

If people vote with their wallets the prices will go down. They should have a 50% off elite cases day just to see how many more cases they sell compaired to usual, it could even get to such an amount that they are making more money then with regular pricing.

I believe that, maybe, Nexon or Splash Damage (whoever exactly is responsible) should run a limited time event to sell elite cases at the half price and see if the increase in sales is worth permanently reducing the cost of them.

If you ask anyone if you think X price should be lowered almost everyone will say yes even if the item is essential to life and only costs a penny a day.

The packs are there to sucker in gamblers. As long as you know that and avoid it them you realize they are not too expensive.

i think everything money wise should be lowered. While their strategy is safe, people don’t typically buy things in free to play games because their usually really expensive, because no one wants to spend too much money on pixels. if they reduced the price of almost everything by maybe 50% a lot more people would be buying multiple things instead of just one. it’s what I call the “spending spree” effect. If people think what they are getting is really good value for the money, and there’s lots of products of that value, they will keep buying those products. keep it at $35, people are more likely to buy only one case if any. lower it to $15 or something, and people are more likely to buy 4 cases. which in turn would translate to more money for splash damage. it is risky, but it very well could pay off for not only splash damage but the community as well
I myself bought 2 bundles because its so much more worth it to spend $32 on 6 mercs and 4 cases ( which I happily got two golds out of ) instead of $35 for 10 which are most likely going to end up all silvers
probably never going to buy an elite case unless my pocket starts flowing with cash to spend

I plan to someday beat @Sniff for elite case opens :3 . I’m at 70 now. Whether they’re lowered or stay the same i’ll still buy them. Gambling is fun :slight_smile:

It’s not just that. It’s random. If it were not random, I would be much more inclined to spend money. I don’t have money for gambling on 2D skins that aren’t even that impressive to begin with. I don’t aspire to a skin that is blue instead of green and gold, but I may buy one if I think it looks good.

well, to be fair some higher tier cards have really awesome augment and weapon combos, better than what bronze cards offer ( although I will admit the advantage is miniscule )

You can purchase every bronze loadout in the Store>Loadouts tab.

I like to feel like I’m getting a really good deal when I but something. 2.50 is a far better deal and I’d buy in a heartbeat.
