It’s simple really, is their a way to download the game (which actually works, since torrents arent really seeding this game :p) so I can play it again? I did purchase the game back in 2007 but I lost a disc (loaned the game once, they lost a disc, grrr). I don’t think it’s prohibited since it’s an online account anyway you had to attach your key with. So is their a way to download Quake Wars somewhere? >;<
Downloading Quake Wars
What Rex means is that there was never a full client made available to download (torrent or otherwise) hence discussion of said downloads is prohibited by forum rules
So to answer your question, no
Semi-related, might be of use to you if you can find or borrow a disk or for anyone else that finds this thread:

I have seen the game in video rental stores around here. Maybe you find it there as well. Else just get another used copy, it will be like 5 bucks?
Low Violence: German low violence version only available with German language
What the heck? What could they have possibly cut from the game?
Since torrents are brain dead I decided to repurchase the game and just log in with my old account, oh well. now at least it’s forever in my steam list now.
Those screenshots on Steam are from the game?? Seens people uses beta screenshots with no advise they are beta.
And then they also call it ingame footage.
False advertising imo
EDIT:
Huh wait? ETQW had a single player?
Since when is playing online against bots classified as single player? wtf
You can play offline against bots
Just like Brink has singleplayer, the biggest scam of this year. Not complaining though, wasn’t expecting anything different.

Was thinking the same. ETQW has the same singleplayer as brink
Yea, so how is BRINK merging multiplayer/singleplayer more then, say, ANY other game having bots?
Its hard to believe that a company like Steam search for game footage typing the game name on Google images.
Obvoiusly with adding cutscenes.
The general gameplay in QW is deeper then in Brink so far (though to be fair, much is due the simple fact QW has vehicle) but the feel of the weapons, the sounds and your own character just ‘feel’ better in Brink. I think so far I prefer Brink over QW but it’s a close call.
It even does a better job at linking the different matches together as a story.
brink and qw singleplayer isnt exactly a scam, bots are the same as any other Ai in any other singleplayer game, they are just called bots so people know what they are going to be doing in game, bots think more and have less scripting when it comes to completing objectives
singleplayer is good to getting to know maps and kill some time
