Do Axis Medics look the way they are supposed to?

I am curious, Axis medics seem to have something odd about them. 1st off, their pants look like allied. They don’t have a trenchcoat like the rest of the Axis classes.

2nd, their helmets are that of an Allied one.

Is this a bug? And if not I hope it’s fixed because it makes a medic a REALLY easy target when he looks so different than the rest of the Axis classes. Thanks!

Looks fine to me.

They don’t have as long a coat, but it’s still black (or dark grey) and the helmet is different. And the pants are black, allies are green. I think the medic is supposed to be easy to spot, since the have those big packs with the cross on them. When I see a big group on either team, I tend to look for any medics and take them out first. I can identify them easily on allies or on axis. I’ve never mistaken an axis medic for an ally though.

I wasn’t talking about the colors. I was talking about the skin.

The Axis medics should have a trenchcoat like the other Axis classes is all I am saying. Too easy of a target.

I’m pretty sure they took the trench coat off of the medic since the test. I can’t remember the reason at the moment though…

The medic still has a coat, it’s just not as long. The allies have light brown tucked in shirts, the axis medic has a black coat that goes down a little past the waist. I don’t know why he has a different coat now, but I don’t think it makes him look likean ally. And the helmet is just like all the other axis helmets. The only difference between ally and axis helmets is the color, anyway. Allies green, axis black.

Medics already can heal themselves and others, and make one hell of a soldier. You want them to be even harder to kill? Bad idea.

The Americans are wearing “Ike” jackets. A shorter waist length (M-1944, ETO jacket) became known as the “Ike” jacket after being adopted by Gen Eisenhower (at his request).

Hmmm… seems to me that if this is a problem, it’s only one insofar as it gives the Allies an advantage, since it would make Axis medics so much more easy to spot (and therefore preferentially terminate) than Allied medics.

This might explain why I got so many Panzers in da face yesterday, playing an Axis medic…
