Disconnecting from servers

After the end of any map i am disconnected from a server For “unknown reason”. This repeatedly happens and i have reinstalled the game but it still happens what shall i do ??

It could be that you’re PC is not loading the next map fast enough and the server kicks u off thinking that you’ve crashed, what’s your system specs?
