my uncle reserved 2 copies of the collector’s edition from EB and we didn’t receive any code to reserve a name, is this offer only in the states? I’m in canada.

When did you reserve it?
It may take a few days to be sent out to you.
I got mine 3 days after reserving it, but I got mine through Game.

Might be worth cancelling that and re-ordering.
I would contact them first by email through the site you made the
pr-order.
And check here to see if someone has had a similar problem.
