I feel for you. It really sucks when this happens. But it is not a gamebreaking bug.
Gamebreaking bugs were those in last few weeks, that booted you out of the game at the end of the map. A gamebreaking bug is the one that kicks you out of the lobby and shuts down your game, when the map is starting. Gamebreaking bug was the one that freezed the game when tried to play ranked.
Those are gamebreaking bugs. Bug, where you dont get a free stuff right away, is not a gamebreaking bug. I hate it when it happens, but I can still play the game and wait for them to fix that. While gamebreaking bug literally doesnt allow me to play the game.

While it’s obviosuyl not nice, that such things don’t work for everyone for the n-th time in a row already, and I’m happy that this issue reached the devs so fast, and could be fixed, I agree eith @Nail . You probably should google what gamebreaking bugs are. While this one ain’t nice, it’s far away from being gamebreaking.

It’s not gamebreaking, but hopebreaking. Because at this point, I don’t think there will be ever this kind of event without any issues.

Hello,
Yesterday at first login I didn’t get MERCSERV crate and I took a video. Then I restared the game and the case was in my invetory. This morning I received crate normally. That’s just my comment.

I made a ticket for the support, let’s hope they can find the solution because not only MercSERV are not dropping but other crates are just disappearing from inventory as well as loadout cards, I also try to craft at once all the loadouts in double, I had some gold among them, plus silvers plus bronze and I had only 400 fragments which do not correspond
