Did not receive MERCSERV crate for the crafting week (Day 1). When the crafting week began , I closed the message but did not receive any MERCSERV crate nor it is in my inventory. I had waited for so long to finally craft some new cards for the mercs and then this happens. I restarted my game several times, restarted steam too but still nothing.
What happened and why didn’t I receive the crate drop, pls answer this…
try to wait a little more if it doesnt apear try to submit a ticket in the support that will certenly help you
I didn’t receive a case either. Better luck tomorrow I guess. Not sure how serious I should take 5 equipment cases.

Played a match, restarted few times. It’s not there. And devs don’t know why yet.
Same thing for me. I saw the big screen with “YOU RECEIVED A CRATE” (or something like that), but it’s not in my inventory.
Same for me… NO MercSERV Crate played and completed my Missions and also restarted… still not there 
This is literally stupid at this point. Every ‘login/drop’ event, this happens.
The most funny thing is that I just had so many bugs losing crates while opening, losing loadout cards and fragments when recycling or not having the right amount of fragments, and the show goes on 
I didn’t receive a crate the first time I started up DB after the update, but I received the crate after restarting, so you should try that

You may need to play a match for it to appear.

Already restarted over 10+ times, and I am on the verge of completing my 2nd set of 3 obj tiers now. So yea, it is a issue with the drops and it seems am not the only one sufferign from it, since this problem has been reported even on reddit and steam…

And thanks for the heads up Raziel, hope I get the MERCSERV crate back, coz it would suck to receive 1less crate per say for no apparent reason due to a gamebreaking bug.
Issues affecting players not receiving their MercSERV crate have been resolved! Please relog or play a match to receive your crate!

not getting free stuff is NOT a gamebreaking bug
Hey Raz, unfortunately I still have not received my MercServe Case 
I’ve restarted and played multiple games… I even closed steam completely and tried it. [ This is after you said the issue was resolved. ] So… I am wondering if you know whats going on :S
