You will not receive the cases you could have gotten for the levels you’ve achieved before these cases were released.
It’s exactly the same as with the LOL points here on the forum.
Points you got before the fix arrived do not count.

@Monty Imo they should give you a case for every 5-10 levels you have made before the arsenal cases got introduced. Exedore was right when he said that this would punish new players more than experienced players who already have a lot of stuff equipped, but something as appreciation for long term players would be nice

Yeah, I was talking about this in Discord. Hopefully it only does a search for about 30-60 seconds trying to find a good match and then simply throws you in with the best it has at the time. This could negatively affect a lot of the more loyal players if it’s implemented incorrectly.
Personally I pub to play quickly because I don’t have a ton of time all the time. I avoid ranked partly because I know wait times would be ridiculous and I’m not a fan of fake baubles that mean very little in regard to actual skill/ability. People don’t want to wait forever for pub matches.

Arsenal cases aren’t retroactive? That’s like, 30,000 credits (at minimum) robbed from me, and I’m not even that high level. :neutral:
We should get compensation of some sort. Hell, I’d just be happy with the ability to convert 1st gen to their complementary 2nd gen cards on a 1 to 1 basis. That benefits players who have collected a lot and have high level so it would be close enough.

Why? Exp is the same after level 7 (or 10?) for every level after, and you only receive these cases starting at level 5 (and can only open at level 7). So what you’d be doing would… do nothing.
To people complaining about them not being retroactive, who honestly gives a toss? Takes the same amount of exp to go from level to level if you’re not completely new, so everyone is starting at the same point for these. It’s pretty stupid to expect to get these crates which look to have a lot of high end stuff in in bulk.
@buffMonorail maybe you can convience Splashdamage to give you Arsenal cases for Good Boy Points
@LifeupOmega after lvl 10 you always need the same amount of points for a level up. Making a new account really doesnt make that much sense

I honestly hope tutorial is well interactable, where you get to properly do the stuff that is being explained, preferably to “dull” player models instead of those silly puppets. None of those people who should pay attention will not listen even half of the ramble that riddles the current tutorial.

Why buff damage for direct stickies? How is 100 not enough? He needs a flat out nerf not a “rework” with a tradeoff.
@Dawnrazor to make sticky spammers less effective and reward skilled players, also i highly doubt that it will be more than 110, maybe like 105, just a small buff not too big

What I disagree with is the notion that he should get something in return for the AoE nerf. He just needs to have his firepower brought down to the same level as the other engineers and that’s it.

If you make a new account it will take longer for you to start receiving these cases. The first case you get is Level 5, but will be locked until Level 7. At this point every Level you get you receive an Arsenal Crate.
From Level 10 onwards it is the same amount of XP to Level up as it is for every level beyond, whether it’s 15 to 16 or 99 to 100.
