/dev/dsp = no sound (Fedora 14)

I cant hear beautifull sound in my et. i try to make:

echo "et.x86 0 0 direct" > /proc/asound/card0/pcm0p/oss
echo "et.x86 0 0 disable" > /proc/asound/card0/pcm0c/oss

But, that work for Fedora version < 12.
I try to work at gmixer = doesen´t work.
I install all alsa pkg = doesen´t work.
I try all sugest what I found in network, and still doesen´t work. :frowning:

Are you running another program that uses sound before starting W:ET?
You could try to install the package “oss-compat”.
