Is there a demo viewer out there that will show you what the user you are recording a demo of sees? I heard something in the past that there is a viewer that shows exactly what the player they were taking a video of sees… including wall hacks and what not. Does anyone know what I am talking about?:confused:

No. But you can use ‘wallhack’ by typing /r_shownormals 1 in console while watching demo.

Thanks for the feedback. What all is that suppose to show? A wallhack I’m guessing?

r_shownormals shows the individual points of a model, which are also displayed through walls allowing you to see what’s going on behind a wall (without seeing the models themselves). This is how it helps you when it comes to wallhack detection.

It’s impossible to see exactly what they saw as a demo is not a visual recording and is purely data based on what actions they performed.
