That appears to be more for rendering than any mainstream uses. The USB connection on the front doesn’t have the bandwidth necessary for using it at as a gaming card. AGP 4x (around where modern cards fill up the bandwidth) = 1.1Gbps. USB 2.0 = 480Mbps.
