Why oh why do these people feel the need to cheat to play the game, and in the beta too…it cant help the testing process. It’s bad enough when someone is using an aimbot in a released game. But It’s even worst when some idiot is doing this in a beta testing. :disgust:

Afaik PB (or any other anti cheat software) isn’t enabled yet. And I guess its not so difficult to convert D3 or Q4 cheats to ET:QW.

That guy sucks even with hacks :o . How hard would it be for the server to detect the aim snapping and locking from the aim bot?

funny thing i find though is the fact there are sad enough people to actually go out and pay for a hack plus using a hack just takes the fun out of the game and makes it no fun for the genuie players

here i must disagree. they ARE unsuccesfull in GAME so they go haxy-haxy. and only God knows if they are succesfull in RL.
Here’s how i’ve always seen it. I pay 50-60$ for a PC game and i enjoy spending my time playing. I didn’t pay my hard earned money to let the computer play the freakin game for me…seems like and utter waste of time and money to use these things…you aren’t even playing the game the computer does all the fun stuff for you. In addition how wank does a game look when you have no sky/glowing players/red names everwhere so on and so forth…not only do you ruin the entire graphical experience for yourself but you waste time and money letting a computer have all the fun.
Personally i pay because i want to play and be entertained not to watch the computer “pwnzor” people.
