Custom Campaigns (HELP!!!)

I made a campaign with custom maps and it works, well half works, the problem i am having is getting that sreen up with the map ofeurope (the map that comes up when u load a level)
Well anyway that map does not come up with the maps that are on the campaign and who has won which maps, anyone know how to solve this?
