This month has mainly been taken up with Trials HD and Shadow Complex, with a bit of Turtles thrown in for good measure!
Trials HD works really well on the 360 pad, so it’s nice to go to it having fought the keyboard with Trials 2. Now if only I could finish the final extreme level!
Shadow Complex is also awesome, even better when you look at chairs previous XBLA title (Undertow) which didn’t exactly create an amazingly compelling experience (it was a bit, well, rubbish). I’m well into my metrovania titles, so getting to run about exploring every inch of the map has been a joy!
It’s a buyer, if only to experience the joy of making foam towers to reach difficult spots when you don’t have the grapple hook or triple jump!
I’m hopeful that my rental of Arkham Asylum will turn up tomorrow, which will hopefully keep me entertained while I move down to Ipswich for the new job!
