Cheers to board game players, Rahdo! As soon as the weekdays hit, and my boys aren’t allowed to watch TV or play video games, out come the board games.
As for video games, I am playing BF:BC2 almost exclusively. My skill level is now a whopping “3”, but last time I checked, I was ranked 9007th for squad score (360 leaderboards). I absolutely love that DICE rewards gamers for every little thing they do that could help the team. It has made me all the more excited for Brink.
Oh, and the boys and I will start playing through ME2 next week as a family bonding event. Can’t wait.

Welcome to the latest edition of Currently Hurling, our semi-regular look at what games we’re playing here at Splash Damage. These past few weeks have seen numerous anticipated game releases, with Heavy Rain, God of War 3, and Battlefield: Bad Company 2 all being released into the wild. Here at the office, Left 4 Dead 2 and Rock Band 2 maintain their iron grip on lunchtime gaming, though the Blur multiplayer beta has been making regular appearances in our gaming area, as well.
