constructor problem

i have spoken to Activision Customer Support and thay said to post my problem here so…
i have constructed aprox 40 objectives (ie bridges, mining lasers) but am only showing up that i have constructed 3 thy are not showing up in any of the stats wether it be in game or web/stats page.
the servers i play are ranked and have pb. i have spoken to other players and thay are having the same problem… it seams to be a hit and mis with the servers you might get i construct out of 15…all the servers seem to be the same

Thank you for your response.
Stats can take up to an hour to be updated on the servers.

If after an hour, the stats have still not updated, there may be a problem with the stats server.

Generally the servers are run by the developers. We do have have the develper’s contact information, if you wish to contact them you should post on their message boards. This is the quickest and easiest the get their attention

yes, the mining lasers are counted as DEstruction. but bridges should work.

Sometimes it takes ages, check your stats through the game and you should have your accurate stats, took about 23 hours once for my stats for a campaign come up on the site.

Also, you might want to post issues on the ET:QW community forums. SD has of late been more active over at that site than over here.

Another way would be to join #splashdamage on irc.quakenet.org and poke one of the devs with the link to your forum topic.

thanks guys but hase been 2 weeks and stats not showing constructed items still only have 3 out of 40 but i have the points :x will try irc
