connecting announcement sounds

Hi there,
I’ve looked like everywhere, but i still can’t figure out how to make something like the following:
I’d like to attach a short announcement song for when someone enters the server… And also announcement sounds for when an admin connects. How can i do this?
I’ve already converted all pssible sounds to .wav
What kind of script has to be made for that? How is it possible to bind that to someone’s name or IP?
The server hosts jaymod, but not the newest version. Everytime now someone connects and there is already a written welcome, something like “Salute … (playername), a visitor connected” but now i also want to add a small sound or song to that and even personalize it for the admins. Can someone help me?:confused:

AFAIK only etadmin can do that.

well it can be done with jaymod…

U just have to look abit harder …

user.db

Stores Admin System user related information, such as user level assignments, automatic greetings, ban, mute and XP-save data. Data maintenance on this file should be done with the appropriate Admin System commands.

I know its possible, I just don’t know the command u should just go take a look on the jaymod site/forums

It’s W:ET. Jaymod server, and to make it easier i guess we’re upgrading to 2.1.7 anyway.
