Can I ask why a sentence like this in the patch notes? 
What exploits, what fixes? Why not just say those? 
Unless ofcourse they aren’t actually fixed and can still be abused and you dont want people to know it? Or it’s there just to make the patch look like it has more than it actually does

As far as I know that’s not a bug, instead it’s an actual feature of the game.

Don’t worry, that’s regarding a very specific exploit, the sort that you literally cannot accidentally cause.
Long Jump’s still around and doin’ fine :).

the exploits were either inconsequential and were fixed while trying to fix the main exploits or they are aware of some bugs that they hope they can fix before the patch goes live.

The exploit still works when the EV is moving. I was able to do it on chapel. If other players could try and confirm this, that would be great.

So this wasn’t normal. I did feel some players were hard to follow while I couldn’t strafe as fast. Mystery solved.

So…This seems to be fixed about it:
Hotfix is a quickfix. We got fast update to the issue considering it was brought up to majority of the players during end of the weekend, I don’t mind it doesn’t work full 100% yet. While it can be still abused, at least people can’t farm multiple 100k’s of XP now since EV’s movement time is limited.
