[COMPLETE] Quick Update Regarding Credits! 3/30/15

We had a little update go live which sorts out some of the Equipment Case drop rates, Quickplay works and the server browser has had a couple of upgrades too:

Improved Quickplay Functionality

[list][] Fixed issues with players being put into full servers

] Quickplay now prefers lower-ping servers over more highly populated servers
[*] Now retries multiple times to connect to the preferred server

Fixed issues with Credit earn rates

  • Increased by 33%
  • Fixed a bug where some credits weren’t awarded correctly during Stopwatch Matches

Fixed issue with Equipment Case Drop rate being lower than it should be

  • Doubled the drop rate of Equipment Cases

Improved Server Browser

Heads up! Pockets feeling a little too light? Don’t worry- we’re gonna fix that. We’re increasing the Credit earn rate as well as fixing the issue where Credits wouldn’t be awarded for the first round of Stopwatch. We will be conducting maintenance during these times:

5:45 PM – 6:45PM PDT
1:45 AM – 2:45 AM GMT

Was it also intended that everyone in winning / losing team got the same amount of points? No matter what K/D or Score they had? Just asking :slight_smile:

is the matchmaking not fixed in this patch? 700mbs seems a lil big to change some numbers around for the stopwatch mode

UPDATE: Maintenance completed a bit early! Game on!

We may have also fixed the bug where it allows you to try to join a server when it’s full. Let us know!

I agree this should be “fixed” or changed, I shouldnt have 50+ kills 30 revives 3 plants 22,000 score and only get 160 credits and have someone who got carried going 0-30 getting same amount. Also the credits we are getting is very very low. The “patch” didn’t seem to do anything.

71 kills 22k points, skill bonus of 27$ thats .0009% of one merc. HMMMM

I don’t think they understand how ridiculous it is to grind a character in game you play for 3 weeks non-stop when doing every mission you can, no way it’s worth it.

Hopefully not increased too much, otherwise everyone will have all mercs and upgraded to gold cards in a week. Might take some fun out of the grind

Got 702 credits from a game and was very content- until I realized I had completed a challenge.

Change is sparingly noticeable.

After playing the game, the earn rate is definitely still low… It will still take approximately forever without daily contracts to earn a merc. And the cost of upgrading loadouts is pretty obscene. It takes an afternoon of games to go from lead to bronze. And there goes any savings you had for mercs.

you can always just buy the mercs with the merc starter pack. then you can use the 35000 credits to buy all the loadout cards you want.
