Jesus the game would suck as an FPS. Makes the whole ironsights debate moot… Would work well in the German market though with their strict gore laws. Mind you, walking on water etc would be an awesome SMART button move.

Reminds me of a film series me and my mate made up while bored during religious studies at school where Jesus flew away from the cross on Good Friday and started fighting crime in the olden times, we never got it commissioned :frowning:

Brink could benefit from being the only pink cow in the room this fall, similarly how Borderlands sold lots of copies even though it launched right between high-profile shooters.

Come to think of it, as governments have antitrust and competition protecting laws, I think it`s time to introduce some kind of this into games industy.
How about forcefully discriminating the likes of CoD and other high-cost fecal matter in favor Brink and such?

Or better yet, force gaming journalists to get some integrity and stop accepting bribes to give a mediocre game a good review score. I mean, IGN gave the PC version of Modern Warfare 2 9.5 out of 10, and the next CoD game will probably get a score in the same ballpark regardless of its quality. Such a travesty.

lol, imagine a game company gets solo rights to all gun manufacturers. It is just like EA getting the solo rights to the NFL and 2k as a response got third party rights to the MLB, so that way, EA can’t make MLB baseball games, and 2k can’t make NFL football games.

I personally like mw2! recently I have played more MW2 than ETQW and normally I put around 40-60 hours of game time into it.

What everyone is forgetting is that, Infinity Ward is always the one that produced the good CoD games, and Treyarch was always just a buffer in between, I don’t think it will be any competition, at least for the hardcore gamers. If anything, it will just weed out all the noobs and posers.

For me, Brink would have to be a pretty good game to pull me away from SC2, and no, no more prepurchases. 'Nuff said.
