Saw a few forumites over the weekend on XBL, and even in a match with 8 people I had hardly any lag. Seeing as I’m sure everyone wasn’t from Australia I don’t know why I get so much lag playing with my friend in Ireland.
Anyway, it was good fun playing with a match full of people, my only issue was that we were all on one team, meaning we rolled the AI without much hassle. I think 4v4 (plus bots) would be a lot more challenging and thus fun.

I’ve gotten 24k in one match playing medic. And I’m sure there are players better then me. So I doubt your statement. But cheers.
And I’ve seen lago coach (all about security) get best engineer, operative, most kills, and best overall in the same match more then once.

I only got that many points because someone was bragging about what an awesome medic they were. So I switched to medic and kept rezzing everyone. Even I was surprised at my score.

Good games to everyone last night even though I couldn’t play for too long. There were lots of people on from the forums last night. I think at least 2 full parties/games. At one point I know we were matched up against each other and that definitely made for some fun times.
Apologies to anyone that was not able to get in due to games or parties being full. Hopefully we will be able to get full 8v8 privates started in the near future.
Planning to be on around 8:00PM EST tonight to get some games started. I’ll send out a msg through Live/txt as well to catch non-forum goers.

I have gotten over 19,000 playing medic before … 24,000 is probably close the maximum of what is possible.

OMG. That was you we played last night on Security Tower. I just checked the Stat Site, and there’s your name. Man, we couldn’t get Nechayef through the gate. You had that **** locked down tight!

Sadly, there’s no free-fly in the console, I don’t think, so that limits the broadcasting potential. If a vibrant console competitive community pops up for Brink, BTV wouldn’t mind trying to cover what we can. Our focus will be PC, however.
