Clan BooZZe just has released version 0.1 of Gamecast ET. At the moment there still isn’t any ETTV or broadcastmod for ET. To make ETTV, it seems you need the engine source, and noone has that at the moment. That’s why we have searched for some workaround, called “Gamecast”.
Gamecast allows to broadcast ET matches without using any sourcecode of ET itself. Basically, what we do is let the cameraman take a demo, and use this demo to be broadcasted to viewers. This can be done with an optional delay if necessary.
