I caught him while playing he seemed to see thru walls and aimed at heads when poping out, heres my proof. Obviously hacking. Use the command /r_shownormals 1 in the console to be able to see people behind walls (while watching the demo only of course) and you can tell. I think on gold rush when hes on the tank MG gun you can see hes waiting for them seeing thru the wall to pop out. Also on fuel dump hes on moblie mg in tunnel.

can someone point out the cheating in the battery demo? - all i saw was aiming at places where the allies were likely to appear (at stairs, through doors, etc) - once you get to know this game don’t you find yourself aiming at a certain spot and waiting for someone
to walk right through your crosshairs?..

methinks ironman hath returned… :bored:

oh yeah - and the gold rush demo- player is sitting at the gun panning left and right, waiting and firing at allies coming from the left and right-
lessee, what directions they be coming FROM and what object would you expect them be going TOWARDS?..

Have you watched the demo wit /r_shownormals 1 ?? I am going to watch the demo now so I am not shure whether I’ll see some obvious cheating but if you watch the demo with /r_shownormals 1 it’s a lot easier to detect wallhacks.

just watched the goldrush demo with r_shownormals and i’m about 95% certain that this guys is using a wallhack, but there isn’t a chace in hell he is using an aimbot … his aim is just horrible :confused:

W o w l e c a v e qc has that unmistakable combination of moving like a complete nub (doing the classic stand completely still adn turning left to right) but somehow predicts where the enemy are … you see a few shots of him on the tank where you moves his crosshair to the right place as an enemy is about to run out from behind a wall, and starts shooting immediately. Then a few seconds latter a teammate runs round the corner but he ignores him … point is if he was using sound (like a lot of people do) he would have reacted to and shot at both.

but really the funniest part of the whole thing is watching Oh420 /pm’ing people to ask if anyone knows who the admin is. Then in the pause between maps tries /pm’ing “i want to know who the admin is cause there is a cheater on the server” but says it in global chat … classic :smiley:

Um, the pb screenshots of the same player clearly show a wallhack, 100%, no question. So I don’t really see the point in arguing about the demo…

Cool. I’ve never seen a demo with a cheater before (not that I’ve been looking for it either).

Funny thing is that he suck pretty badly; he’s weak as a kitten.

You’d be amzed that most cheaters probably play worse using hacks than what they would with a night of practice on a decent skilled server…

Eg, imagine a wallhack? So theyll see an nme at X position and thatll be them all weeee lets go get this guy and be that focused on gettin some dude he can see through 3 walls hell miss the peep behind him :smiley:
