i could, ever seen a warping panzerfaust aim shooting half ur team 2 smithereeens… i have, and its not funny.

This warpin shit is a serious issue{ wich is caused by slow con or a crappy pc or something }, the only way we could kill the guy was with grenades… :disgust:

Yeah that’s true, but usually a slow pc makes you lag, not warp to others (err I think). :slight_smile:

If you suspect cheating:

  1. say nothing
  2. drop to spec, and start recording a demo
  3. get the player’s IP and GUID
  4. if you see something, ask the player nicely to explain
  5. if you get flak, if he/she doesn’t ask you to spec and demo, tell them that you’ll submit your findings to punkbuster and the server’s admin
  6. if you still get flak follow through with your threat
  7. forget about it, and get back to playing

Remember, because of different FOVs you may see something on your config that looks different on their config. It’s hard to be SURE of a h4ck from a demo, so don’t be righteous.

If you are suspected of cheating:

  1. ask them to perform above steps 1-7

I HAVE convinced people to spec me, and I have even received an apology! Of course I suck, so once they spec it becomes obvious i’m not cheating. :wink:

Play on a 56k connection for a few years and you may reconsider the idea that people with horrible pings and packetloss actually have an advantage.

I think people are so paranoid about cheating… you will find that i dont put up with alot of shit from the accusers of cheating in my servers… so if any of you skilled players that suffer from that want a place to play to have fun and not have to worry about punk asses that just lash out at you with those accusations cause you kick their asses come to the SoH Soldiers of Honor servers.

Been accused once on Oasis defending the north gun with an mg42. I just have quick reactions and near-dead accurate aim with short to midrange distances.
