Charge speed increased?

What the heck does that mean? I can’t find it in any game guides. I do have a clue but please enlighten me as to what it does exactly.

Health and Ammo packs and the Engineer powerbar will recharg faster.

if i am not mistaken, its the time taken to fill up your class’s bar. You know for example if you are a field op and you throw an airstrike, the bar level will decrease and you will not be able to throw another one until it fill up to a certain level , the charge time is how long will it take to refill that bar

Yip, that’s pretty much it.

Most of the exciting things you can do deplete your powerbar: firing panzerfausts, planting landmines, fusing dynamite, constructing constructables, planting satchel charges, dropping ammo and health packs etc. And Command Posts let your whole team do all of those things more often.

Mondays tend to be fairly low-powerbar days, I’ve noticed…

Ah. It’s slightly confusing because some command posts also act as spawn point.
