After a number of steam accounts get checked to see if there is a problem with the way the boosters are working, will there be an official update and resolution applied to everyone…or are they just gonna review accounts on a case-by-case basis?
1 week worth of playtime and only 1 event case with 10 booster right after the update and people should p, steam ids? dafuq
Are you an employee of SD? If I provide you my steamID, what data can you see and what check do you run to determine if there is a valid bug with boosters?
I’ve played for days now with 4, 5, and 6 boosters…not a single event case yet, but many normal cases.
Fireworks, being a longtime community member, just wants to help you out. If you don’t trust him, you were already given the alternative to PM Shoe or Raz.
What do you mean by “valid/bug account”? Are we sending you incomplete data to diagnose our accounts or “on your account the boosters work as intended™”?

Ok, still not a single person with 10 boosters has contacted me (or shoe. or raz as far as I am aware).
While I was advocating to our cause, I was offered to find a test case of someone actually having played with 10 boosters activ, to have it checked. Currently I cannot provide this data… The 3 people who had contacted me had all less.

or SD are just amateurs and i doubt that 90% of the Playerbase will send in their Profile just so SD can claim the Boosters are working…
No official response either or even a statement to send in your ID… and how the hell do we know if they are bugged when SD claims Boosters are working, makes no fucking sense.
Now here comes the thing that went under in the rage:
The crux is that you can do nothing with the drop values of 10boosters. It is basically the zero of the system.
If you have 5b its not twice as long as the 10b value…
It is half as long as the maximum (the 1 or even 0b). A maximum that is unknown to us!
Took me awhile to grasp that.
If they set the base value of 0 boosters to, say, an equivalent of 1every50hours. Then 5 boosters make it linear 1every25hours.
With this understanding, even 9 booster can theoretically mean a waiting time of hundred hours! Because the base waiting time would be a thousand hours…
Hence why they insist on giving them a test case with 10 boosters.
The only one responding with 10 boosters was Kirays and he (surprise) got his drop actually!
Can confirm it’s not only you that noticed this. I usually never get normal cases after games, but lately I got a case almost after every game. Boosters seem to affect normal cases instead of event cases-

The only 2things we knew were:
10b=1case drop time
linear growth.
and then everyone jumped to conclusions and failed at the truth. including myself
