why you making a mapping site? seriously!! just because you was banned from marko’s mapping forums you feel the need to show him a thing or two? Also you aint even a good mapper so people are going to get great help from you eh? Oh wait you will give them helpfull links i here you cry! well to be honest they only got to do research to find them links so really you just helping the lazy people who cant search. You are 12 maybe 13 now for crying out loud, when i was that age i was drinking cider behind nettos enjoying life not stuck inside making websites and being abussive to forums members(not these ones)

also whats with the forums being about 2 inch tall and 3 feet wide? :blah:

Oxygen, just get Photoshop (has a 30 day trail from adobe.com) and you can create pics like Icon posted in seconds using basic layer styles. Double-click a layer name from the Layers window to open the styles box, you really just need to play with it for a few minutes to make interesting designs. Only problem is other Photoshoppers will spot layer style pics from a mile away, designing everything manually will get you better results, but that takes way more skill and time.

Got bored. Then im working on another one but its going to take a while because its the only one so far im putting time into. Also I gotta regen my 3d studio =D

Edit: Nm im just going to ftp to my schools server and finish it there. There photoshop and 3d stud is alot better. Has anyone tried Solidworks 2K, worth a try?

nvm, looks good, is this just an example, i asked for a site template not just a banner, but yeah it looks good, also get some shots of maps with /r_showtris 1 to show those white lines that really look cool on a mapping site
