Cant read anything said Globaly

Hi All.

i Know this is probably a newblet question but i cant seem to figure this one out… I cant see ANYTHING that is typed Globaly not during the games or Even in between maps… But if someone on my team says i need a medic, we need an engineer or anything else i can read That… its weird and i checked all my settings but cant seem to find the answer.

Can someone PLEASE help me out here??
