Can't host a map - "Unknown token[s]"

I keep getting this message box when I try to host a map:

I have made sure I am using the correct mod for the map (JayMod, I believe, although I have tried all others) prior to selecting to host the map. I understand that the M97 is the shotgun weapon, but not sure how to fix the error.

All I want to do is host a map for myself so I can learn explore new maps without actually being in battle. A learning tool in doing objectives.

The maps load normally when joining other servers.

Throw out all z_ and/or ~~~~~~~~_pk3s in both etmain and jaymod folder.
